We are looking for a Mentor that can engage, support and enthuse young people who are currently not involved in education, training or employment.
The successful candidate will become a ‘Progress Mentor’ who will provide quality experiences in employment and education related outcomes to young people across Coventry.
The Progress Mentor will support young people aged 16-19 (up to 25 in circumstances) on their journey to a progressive destination to employment or further education. Working across community venues, the role will be highly focussed in finding solutions to challenges.
This is a full-time position, fixed term for the next 18 months. This will really allow you to make a difference and watch young people you support flourish.
